Children Swimming Lessons: Kids Learn How to Swim in Bayside, Queens NY

World of Discovery Day Camp of Bayside, Queens NY provides a safe, fun environment where children can learn how to swim.  Our aquatics director along with our staff of American Red Cross certified lifeguards uses fun and exciting techniques to teach children how to swim.  World of Discovery Day Camp campers experience the comfort and safety of our beautiful private pool located.  Advanced swimmers can have use of the diving boards after they have completed a comprehensive deep water test.  World of Discovery Day Camp campers are individually tested and placed into small swim groups of children with similar needs.  Lifeguards are trained to make swim instruction fun by teaching campers how to swim while incorporating various swim games and aquatics exercises.  In addition to time devoted to swim instruction, campers also get to experience free swim periods where they can practice the lessons that they learned on their own while swimming in the free swim area.  At World of Discovery Day Camp of Bayside, Queens NY safety is of the utmost importance.
